Effective 11 September 2026
Short version: we collect what we need to set up your Monster and bill you, we never sell your email, and every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. The long version is below.
Who we are
adMonster (admonster.cloud) is operated by Bananaut, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States ("we", "us").
Questions about your data go to support@admonster.cloud — a human answers.
What we collect and why
Your quiz answers — what you sell, who runs your ads, what adMonster can build from, what you want it to hunt, your Meta budget band and the pains you picked. We use them to set up your first week, to prepare your onboarding and to understand which visitors become customers. They are stored with your lead record and attached to your subscription record at Stripe.
Your email address — to send you the setup we promised and product updates now and then; untick the box on the quiz if you only want the setup. Unsubscribe in one click from any email, or write to support@admonster.cloud. Emails go out through Resend, Inc. (email delivery; your address and first name sit in our contact list there).
The link you paste — optional. It goes to our onboarding chat and to your subscription record at Stripe so the team can start the job. It is never stored in our lead list.
Where you came from — campaign parameters (utm_*) and click ids in the link that brought you here, so we know which ad or page works.
Payment data — handled by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment page.
Site and quiz analytics — Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregated pageviews) and PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the United States). Quiz events carry step names and answer categories: never your link, never free text. Outside Europe, once you enter your email on the quiz, PostHog links those events to it, so we can see where the setup flow loses people and fix it. In Europe (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland) PostHog runs anonymously: nothing is stored on your device and your events are never linked to your email.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language. Your quiz progress lives in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab. Outside Europe, PostHog keeps an anonymous id in local storage so a returning visit counts as the same visitor; in Europe it stores nothing. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Vercel (hosting and analytics), PostHog (product analytics), Resend (email delivery and our contact list) and Telegram (the team chat where new leads and orders arrive). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Data may be stored and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your lead record and quiz answers: until you ask us to delete them. Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Unsubscribed addresses stay on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent to product updates at any time — the unsubscribe link or one email to support@admonster.cloud is enough. If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with data-protection law, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Children
adMonster is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
